I became Certified in Personal Fitness Training from American Muscle and Fitness at the age of 16! I started becoming heavy-set at a very early age, and when I was in my early teens I had finally had enough. I did my research, worked hard, and lost over 100 pounds of fat by age 15. That's when I decided to get certified in personal fitness training so that I could further enrich my knowledge and be in an accredited position to help others achieve the same fantastic results that I got.
I've been training on and off at a local police-sponsored boxing gym and recently decided to take it more seriously. I am currently training for a fight in the near future!
