So... I'll admit I'm a bit of a fantasy nerd. I blame my brother's childhood Dungeons and Dragons obsession. I write children's fantasy stories. "Alexander Drake's Extraordinary Pursuit" is available through Wild Child Publishing.

Being the frizzy-haired tomboy with buck teeth gave me a slight case of shyness as a kid. A colorful imagination meant escape and adventure at the drop of a hat.
Over the years I learned that the insecurities I carried around were a waste of time. I still prefer a football game to a manicure any day of the week. That indispensable imagination has found its way into my writing providing a sense of joy and a true purpose.
Books... well, "Treasure Island" is a fantastic pirate tale. I love just about anything by Roald Dahl, and of course... Jane Austen (I have yet to find a sappy female who doesn't).
“Alexander Drake’s Extraordinary Pursuit” is my first book (available as an ebook) through Wild Child Publishing. I also have a blog for children. The underlying theme in my stories/blog is empowerment, self love, and living purposefully.
