Lisa Loomis was born in Oakland, California and raised in San Jose until she was a sophomore in high school. Her father then took a job in the San Diego area where he moved the family to Escondido, California. She finished high school there and went on to Palomar Junior College and then finished at San Diego State University with a degree in Finance. Lisa now resides in Park City, Utah.

Background Information

My background is in sales and marketing but I have always written for pleasure. It took a very good friend on mine dying to motivate me to actually write my first novel. I attempted the agent route with no luck and finally went to self publish--WOW what a learning experience. I am at work on my fourth novel and have not as of yet self published the other two completed manuscripts.
