After nearly 16 years in healthcare as first a Navy medic and finally an R.N. I changed careers and began investing in real estate in the Puget Sound area of Washington State. Within the span of four years I had profitably bought and sold more than 60 properties.
Wanting to teach others what I had been able to do, I published my first book, The Streetsmart Homebuyer - Investor Secrets Anyone Can Use To Buy A Home. This book was a mild success and represented a major learning curve on many levels.
Three more physical books followed as well as several ebooks. Always one to jump in and see how things are done, I became my own distributor as well as marketing specialist and publicist. I've attended numerous marketing and promotional seminars and workshops.
These days I write about personal development, metaphysical topics and occasionally, eclectic or even weird topics. I'm fond ot teaching through stories and particularly embrace the "passing the torch" theme, which is one where one character ends up a better person as a result of his contact with another character.
