As a competitive powerlifter for more than thirteen years, I have made a name for myself as one of the most powerful squatters in the sport. I am one of the top ranked lifters in the world in three weight classes and still hold numerous national and world squat records. At age 38 I was one of only a few men in the world to squat over 1,000 lbs. at a body weight of 220 lbs. and at age 42, his squat of 1,105 lbs. at 249 lbs. body weight solidified my status as one of the top squatters in the world.
My passion for the sport has sparked my writing career. I wanted to share all the knowledge I have learned over the years so I published my first book "Monster Squat: A Step By Step Guide to a Bigger Squat!” It is a book to help lifters reach their full potential on the squat.
Currently I am in the process of writing my second book (not title yet) which will be guide to help people to get started in the sport of powerlifting.
I also started a blog at www.monstersquat.com to provide other lifters help and insight on the sport.
I am currently member of Team Jax based out of Jacksonville, FL and still competing today.
I am always open for questions about squatting or powerlifting in general, so fell free to contact me by email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
