Having worked in two large institutions, the experiences give reason to reflect; to invest in those who once suffered under those living conditions; to provide some meaning for existence so that people can believe in themselves; and walk away feeling as though we all made a worthy difference. Valuing all people, combined with an appreciation of time, therefore, reaping the rewards of both is the driving force. Time cannot and should not be wasted. All human beings deserve respect. Kindness onto others, with still not another moment wasted. It's dreadfully painful, otherwise.
