Ms. Angeline Bandon-Bibum is a graduate of Howard University who lives and works in Montgomery County, Maryland. She is a the author of Sojourner's Dream, a novel.  Ms. Bandon-Bibum is a wife and mother of three children.

She appeared at Howard University's Bookstore on March 8, 2007 and April 12, 2007.
