I served in the United states Marine Corps from 1969 to 1973 as a grunt in S-4 OPS. I enlisted again in the Army National Guard's Military Police in 1973. I served with the Army until 1992. I served during the Vietnam era, Operation Just Cause in Panama, and Desert Storm.
I joined the Oklahoma County Sheriff's Office in 1980, there I served as a Deputy Sheriff, jailer, CLEET INSTRUCTOR, taught JAIL STANDARDS and BIO HAZARDS, and became the County's first BIO HAZARDS Lieutenant and INSTRUCTOR. I retired in 1997. I joined the Arcadia Police Department as a reserve officer in 2001 and worked there until 2004. I have attended numerous schools on Terrorists, terrorism, tactical, Hostage and negotiations, weaponry & qualifications, TOW GUNNER training, Patrol and Tactics, Bio Hazards, Army Management Course, Infantry training Course and more. I have been called a Jack of all trades and a Master of none.
I am now a retarded ... I meant retired, book writer, editor and webmaster.

Wrote three Law Enforcement CLEET lesson plan programs for the State of Oklahoma, Police Response to the Mentally Ill; Police Response to Domestic Violence; Police Response to Bio Hazards.
Created the Prisoner (Security) Medications program for the Oklahoma County Detention Center, program modified by Jail Administrator, later to be adopted by the State of Oklahoma as a protocol for other institutions. Completed latest Homeland Security Course. I generally stay updated with latest Terrorist info.

I have submitted articles to the Phoenix newsletter, letters to our President (Bush)of the United States, Senator James Inhoff, Police-Writers.com and Military-Writers.com, Wikipedia. My work has been displayed in press-releases and viewed worldwide. Received a personal letter written from President George Bush for a letter I had submitted to him.
