What is Emetophobia? Simply put, it is a fear of vomiting, which sounds awful and I know..."no-one likes being sick". Only this isn't about just being sick. The phobia encompasses most aspects of a sufferers life and causes many to have other phobias, OCDs, or even to self-harm or harbour thoughts of suicide.

I wrote this book because I've had emetophobia myself since I was little and figured that after thirty years, I had a good knowledge to write about it, especially since there weren't any other books out there on the subject. There are hundreds of thousands of sufferers of emetophobia, most of them suffering in silence.
This book aims to change that. Buy it. Read it. Understand it. Then the next time someone tells you they have emetophobia, you can tell them you understand...
This book operationalizes the profound teachings of the Enneagram so that coaches and other growth-oriented professionals can use specific processes, tools and strategies to empower and support the transformation of their clients.
Neurosis, a mental illness, affects everyone to a greater or lesser extent, yet most know little or nothing about it. This book reveals all, including incidence, signs and symptoms, cause, treatment and prevention, in lay language.
