A short article on Spellforce, a fantasy storyline centered around a bunch of teenagers, and a catastrophe that rocked a parallel realm 500 years ago.

First of all, I am well aware that the title 'Spellforce' is that of a game that used to be rather popular a couple or so years ago. But I would just like to say that I coined the term long before the game was released.

Now, about the book. Spellforce is not just your typical fantasy story. To really get a feel of what Spellforce is like, just think Harry Potter crossed with X-men. Add a dash of good-old teenage angst, romance, rebellion and masked 'godly' characters, and you get the perfect description for Spellforce.

The story is centered around teenagers aged 13 to 15 years old. A year or so passes in the actual storyline. When you read Spellforce, you journey with these bunch of teens, growing up with them as they face larger-than-life problems. The story aims to show people that magic is all around us. Every problem you overcome, every person you meet along the way, every breath that keeps you alive; they are all miracles in their own right. Know, too, that no problem is too big or too small. If a bunch of kids can do it, so can you.

And that's the magic of the human spirit.
