two reasons: 1) the Generalisation of Newton's Third Law and 2) the trajectories of the Pioneer Space Probes launched in 1972

Why put my book for sale on amazon.fr ? By Jean-Michel Rocard I would like to make my book « Newton Versus Relativity » known to the international scientific community, and this for two reasons : 1) The original book (« Newton et la relativité, Que-Sais-Je ? n° 2291 Paris : PUF, 1986) from which it was translated has not been printed again. I think the reason why is that the French scientific community did not agree with the new ideas presented in it. Particularly the generalisation of Newton’s Third Law (cf Chapter 4, « Newton Versus Relativity »). However, this generalisation alone can explain « The Slowing Down of the Earth as It Rotates on Its Polar Axis » and satisfy the Energy Conservation Law for an isolated system (Earth – Moon). 2) On the other hand while doing research recently on Internet I found that my original book had been quoted in an article dealing with « The Perihelion motion of the Planets » (http://perso.orange.fr/ebraw/Mouvement%20du%perihelie.htm ) I have indeed taken a particular interest in the subject (cf « The Secular Perihelion Advance of the Planets », « Newton Versus Relativity » pp. 83-89) and I wished I could have access to more experimental results and compare them to the several theories presented at the time. Through the internet article mentioned-above, I learned that the trajectories of the Pioneer Space Probes launched in 1972 differ from those predicted by the prevailing theories. I wish I could learn more about these experimental results…
