Help me to understand, Please!

Driving by a month or so ago, a down the street neighbor stopped to ask where I got my McCain/Palin sign? I told him where and how to get to the local Republican Headquarters. After thanking me for the information, the man said, “I have four small businesses employing three or four people each and, if Obama is elected, I’ll have to shut down three of them.”

So, please, help me to understand how Obama’s tax program is going to help middle class America if, oh, let’s say, across the country there are, let’s say three hundred thousand small business that will shut down due to his new tax program, putting another, let’s say, putting another million and a quarter people out of work.

Please, help me understand how this is good for America.

I am a seventy-four year old man that has lived through a fair number of elections and two things are most always “promised”: “I will bring change to Washington!” And, “No new taxes!” Usually, “no new taxes!” Now, however, we have a candidate that is  promising massive new taxes. But no new taxes to 95% of the people... Excuse me, but 50% of those 95% do not pay taxes anyway. And no family making under $250,000.00 a year, or   is it now $150,000.00. And those making under whatever amount the democrats decide on will get a tax cut. Oh, yeah! So they say, now! But it's on the record: Democrats never lower taxes, only raise taxes.

So, I ask, as Obama “promised”, where is all the money coming from for, as only two examples: “Every American will be allowed the opportunity to receive a college education!”  And: “Every American will be able to receive the same medical attention and treatment as those of us in congress!” Sounds good, really good, but really? Please help me understand, where is this money coming from?

Strange thing, poor people have been voting Democratic for sixty years and guess what? They're still poor.

Please help me understand how any Christian, or, for that matter, any human-being with a conscience could vote for a man that would deny a new-born, out of the womb of it’s mother, the medication needed if that baby is born alive after a botched abortion?

Please, help me understand how a 13 or 14 year old girl must have her parents approval to have the school provide her with an aspirin. Yet if this same girl were to become pregnant the school has the right to send her to a clinic to abort the fetus within her body without the parents notification or approval.

Please help me understand how Americans can vote for this man that for twenty years was preached to by and heard the rants of his American hating Reverend Wright, to say nothing of Obama’s long term association with an American hating radical.

Please help me understand how,  just days away from possibly being elected president, Obama continues to stonewall a growing chorus of information requests for documents about his legislative, personal health, education, financing, and background, leaving voters to cast their ballots based on incomplete information, and please help me understand how the majority of America’s newspapers and television stations allow this man get away with it.

Speaking of Obama's college records, by his own recorded admission, Obama stated, "In college I actively sought out black, white and Chicano activists along with Marxist professors."

And for us Jews that have, for whatever reason, always voted as Democrats, it is now official: According to Louis Farrakhan – The leader of the Nation of Islam – Obama is the Messiah! And for us Jews that have always, for whatever reason, voted as Democrats, “Decades of putting Israel's interests first would end.” So said Jessie Jackson, who stressed he was only speaking as a supporter of Obama. Please help me understand why Jews, for whatever reason, always, in near mass vote as Democrats.

Please help me understand how this man, that came from basically nowhere and has done basically nothing but speak well... Speak so well, as a matter of fact, that if Obama sold refrigerators every Eskimo in the world would own a refrigerator. However, being a slick speaker does not, in my opinion, qualify this man to be my president or the leader of the free world.  

And, curiously, are the bulk of American Jews and Gentiles truly ready to accept Barack Obama as their messiah?
