What A Hug Means To Me

Have you ever really noticed just how good a hug feels?
Now I'm not talking about the fly by hug I mean a full body close your eyes and enjoy hug.
You can be having the worst day ever and all it takes is a good hug to make your world right again.
We all have those I really Love you hugs and yes i agree they are the best.
But maybe, just maybe if we all learned to hug each other we wouldn't have all the violence we have going on.
So do yourselves a favor and turn to the person next to you and just without warning, give them a hug and see what happens.
I will garuntee you will get a sigh and a "Thank you I really needed that."
That's all it takes folks. A kind word or a kind gesture and a really good hug.
