The bible discusses in Ephesians chapter 4 how some are called to be Pastors, Teachers, Evangelist, Apostles, and Prophets. Church, we must also have a discerning spirit because we must make sure that people who have a church title are called to minister. Those are called into the ministry must have the annointing and be led by the Holy Spirit. I believe that those who are called will see a harvest after they minister the Word. The fruit can be in the form of souls being won, people testifying of their lives being changes, people being filled with the Holy Spirit, etc...
We have to keep out eyes open because there are some who call themselves into the ministry for dishonest gain. These are wolves in sheeps clothing. They are people with a title but have no car. They prey on the church to try to get money from them or to try to develop a gathering of people to follow them. Be not deceived brothers and sisters because wolves are out there!
For my fellow ministers in the Gospel, I encourage you all to stay in the presence of God and in the Word. Fast and pray because people are in need of compassion, healing and spiritual development. We must train the body of Christ to be mature and win other souls for Christ. Be encouraged during these hard times! You may receive a small reward on Earth but will definitely receive a reward in Heaven.
For all of you who have not been called but have obtained a license for the wrong reasons, REPENT! The souls of many people are in your hands! You will be held for those you lead in the wrong direction. God loves you and so do I. Lets walk to together in love and walk in God's ultimate purpose for our lives.

"giving" equals "Return on Investment" (God returns it by making the person wealthy) is teaching a great fallacy.
God cannot be mocked, a man reaps what he sows. The cleansing always starts in the sanctuary and men of leadership position are first to be accountable as "I am against the shepherds and will hold them accountable for My flock. I will remove them from tending the flock so that the shepherds can no longer feed themselves. I will rescue My flock from their mouths, and it will no longer be food for them."
