I just returned from Publishing University in New York City. I attended a couple of classes and talked with the experts on more than one occasion. My greatest joy however, was having the privilege of teaching a segment of the class entitled: The Author's Pivitol Role in the Success of Your Book.
I felt like a mother who has just birthed her baby addressing a group of younger moms (and dads). My first book was birthed in 2008 and several have come along since then. We are experiencing success on several levels, not the least of which is the feedback we are getting from people who have been helped by Redeeming Our Treasures. To be able to share my passion for writing and some practical points on how to get our writing in front of people who want to read it was a privilege I thoroughly enjoyed.
I'm glad to be home and looking forward to reading your work and writing in the den.
