The hype has already started in the media. Steven Strassberg will pitch tonight against Matt Cain and the San Francisco Giants. To be honest I am more interested in the Giants hot shot rookie Buster Posey. He is the best hitter to come through the Giants system In three generations. That's right I am referring to Willie Mays, or Willie McCovey.
Posey won the Golden Spikes award as the nations best collegiate player in 2008. Posey can and has played all nine positions in the past while attending Florida State!
There is one more rookie you should watch for, he is Giants pitcher Madison Baumgartner. he wii pitch sunday.
