So, what are the important topics?  I suggest we focus on how to stay healthy until we pass-on.  Via perscription drugs?  or natural methods or remedies?  The natural way!

If we are healthy we can make money.  If we are healthy and making good money, then our family are happy and we have peace of mind.  To have balance in our lives, we need good health, good finance and mentally at peace and content. 

I had a friend, who was financially well off.  Somehow, as he grew older, he became ill and became wheel chair bound.  Then later on he needed three shifts of attendants to take care of him. (24/7). And later on passed-away.  He perished because of lack of knowledge of what is imporant relative to his health.  His system was acidic.

Studies have shown that sickness gets into our body when we are acidic.  All of us are acidic because of the kind of food we take in, the sodas we drink, the stress we undergo, we lack exercise and we lack sleep. 

So, how do we get out of being acidic?  The answer is drink alkaline water.  Remember, we are more than 70% water.  Our brains, our stomach, all our cells are swimming in water.

If the fluids in our system is acidic, the usually good cells evolve into nasty bacteria, yeast, fungus and cancer.  Then we could have arthritis, acid reflux, migraine,  high cholesterol, high blood pressure, heart problems, pancreatic cancer, brain tumor, and all other forms of illnesses. Because we are acidic.

If the water in a fish aquarium is dirty,  it is acidic, and we have to change it every week at least.  The same goes true with the fluids in our body.  We need to take in alkaline water to replace the acidic fluids in our system. 

Read pages 19 to 23 in the book  "The pH Miracle"  by Robert Young.  Over 2 years ago, the information in this book woke me up and at the same time gave me a scare of the evolving bacterias if the fluids in my body were acidic. 

I immediately acquired a machine which produced water of pH 8.0.  And then nearly 4 months ago, I upgraded to a machine which produced Ionized water with pH 8.5, pH 9.0 and pH 9.5.
