There are laws we live by in this universe, laws such as the law of gravity. We are, in some cases, painfully familiar with the law of gravity and we trust it to do and to deliver us what it will. If we jump we expect to come down. If we stumble while walking we expect that gravity is going to do its thing to help our fall.
There are other laws in this universe that are just as certain. One of which is the law of growth which works in conjunction with the law of attraction (like attracts like). The law of growth is that law of the universe that we see most readily in the plant kingdom. For example, a tree starts out small and unnoticed. Its efforts to grow are not visible on the surface nor is it concerned with who views what it is doing. It’s not concerned with time. Everyday is an encapsulation of itself. No moments are wasted on things such as fear or worry. The young tree is not concerned if it will rain. It is sure that it will be provided with what it needs to be successful. It doesn’t waste time being fearful of being cut down at a young age. It will grow until it can grow no longer, come what may. All moments are used efficiently toward one end, growth and not just growth but substantial growth. For a tree the motto is “the bigger the better.”
For overnight success to happen in our lives we have to understand the law of growth working in our own lives. Every day we should be working toward our desire not concerned with who views what we are doing or concerned with how long it is taking. Confucius said, “It does not matter how slowly you go as long as you do not stop.” We should never have any wasted moments on worry or fear but press forward everyday sure of a successful outcome. The law of growth is our watering, nurturing and cultivating our desires until one day they break through the soil seemingly out of nowhere, overnight, and then continue to grow until one day they are providing shade to multitudes.
