Sweetwater is also a recording artist. Sweetwater wrote The Biker Chronicles video game from her audio recording CD The Biker Chronicles now in production and officially licensed and backed by The Harley Davidson Motor Company. Then came the film The Biker Chronicles: Outlaw's Revenge Sweetwater wrote which is a spin-off of The Biker Chronicles audio CD. Sweetwater is currently writing The Biker Chronicles Jeopardy 2 which is a spin-off product from The Biker Chronicles film. Sweetwater calls it a "sidequel."

The newest version of The Biker Chronicles Jeopardy 2 will have an additional 100 questions and 100 corresponding answers according to the scenes in the film. The original version of The Biker Chronicles Jeopardy also has 100 questions and 100 answers based on The Biker Chronicles audio CD and the film. Each version is a stand-alone entertainment property. Marketing both volume 1 and volume 2 generates cash flow. Sweetwater will see The Biker Chronicles Jeopardy video game grow into a slot machine for casinos. Sweetwater is on a wild ride in the spin-off product line of her various film projects that has expanded her media empire.
