Did you know that you are an extraordinary person?  God designed you to be the only you that you can be and He uses extra ordinary people to do extraordinary things.  If you’ve been called weird; unique; different; strange; peculiar; or any of the sort; then feel free to feel good about that even though other people try to make you feel bad.  God said that His people are not of this world; they are strangers in a strange land; a peculiar people, identified for and by their difference and this is definitely a good thing.

I remember as a child being called different; strange; odd and I took it as a insult to some extent; yet, I liked it at the same time because I didn’t want to be anyone other than myself; but at the same time, it hurt because I didn’t understand.  Now as I stand with the Lord today, I feel better than ever about my title.

People can give us many titles and call us many things but, it’s what we answer too that really makes all the difference in the world.  We can not allow other people to take our abilities for granted or to misuse them because they don’t understand.  God wants us to bless us and to be a blessing but, He did not call for us to be footstools for anyone.  We were designed to be trendsetters and world changers; not just the average joe.  The people of the Bible were great leaders, many of them.  God preordained them to be successors in His Kingdom and as He willed it, so it came to pass but you must understand who you are in God and to God.  In God, you are an extraordinary person and through God, you will do extraordinary things.  You don’t have to settle for being common; average; like everyone else; God says that it is okay to be different because Jesus was different.  It’s okay to be you because God designed you to be you, not anyone else.  No one can play a better you than you can.  Don’t waste your time trying to fit into everyone else’s circle, you are a child of the Most High God, you don’t have to settle for less than God’s best.

Average everyday people just like you and me have been doing super extraordinary things since the beginning of time and God meant for it to be continued on from generation to generation but, sometimes we forget that we were destined for something so much greater than what we have settled for, time and time again.

If we follow the example of others in the face of our calamity; we will come out victorious.  Though Job lost everything, He believe that God could and restore it all and God did.  Noah was an average man, so it seemed to many but He did an extraordinary thing, He built an ark that changed the world for all time.  Abraham became the father of many nations, regardless of the physical number of children he actually had.  David became king over everything and he slayed Goliath; and he was nothing more than a sheep herder and keeper; to the naked eye.

We are many different and difficult things to man but, we are extra ordinary, awesome and wonderful to God.  Man may call us many different names but God said that we are the apple of His eye; we are the head and not the tail; we are above and not beneath.  We are extraordinary people created to do extraordinary things but, it starts with how we think and how we feel about ourselves; not about how other people feel about us.  We are excellent people; ordained with a purpose greater than we could ever know or understand.  The enemy tries to rob us of the blessings of God by trying to convince us that we are not who God says that we are or that we won’t receive what God has promised but God says, “What He has for you, is for you period, no if’s, and’s or but’s about it.”  You don’t have to understand it to believe it but you do need faith if you expect to receive it.  Whatever blessings God has set aside for you, is for you and only you can determine whether or not your receive those blessings in full.

We all have a role to play in our lives if we expect to be successful.  People who want to succeed, make plans to do so; they take steps.  People who have no intentions of succeeding, wait for other people to do the planning for them and then they try to ride off of their coattails.  Reality is, when we get to heaven, we will all see Jesus for ourselves; there will be no shirttails; coattails; or long sleeves that we can attach ourselves to that will get us into the kingdom of God.  We will stand before the master alone and on our own; no audience will cheer us on and at that time we will see our lives reflected back before us, if only for a moment.  And in one moment, a simple ordinary person can do something so great and so awesome that it is remembered forever.  Jesus came to earth and did a super extraordinary thing that no one else could do and He blessed us with the ability to do a few things ourselves as well before He left.  Don’t sleep on the blessings of God and the gifts of God laid inside of you; they have a purpose, as do you, even though they may seem dormant for the moment, your faith will activate it all.  You are the righteousness of God manifested in human form.  You can do all things through Christ who strengthens you because you are more than a conqueror in Him.  

You will have what you believe that you deserve.  YOUR FAITH DETERMINES YOUR FAVOR.  Great faith, Great favor.  Little faith, Little favor, you decide.  No matter what you choose to do, start believing who you are in God and start trusting who God wants to be in you.  You truly are a unique, wonderful, extra ordinary person designed to do extraordinary things, don’t let man rob you of the promises of God meant to be manifested in your life, trust God to do the extra ordinary in you so that you can be extraordinary for Him.

I pray that this word reminds you just how awesome you are in God and how much God loves you because He does.  It doesn’t matter what you’ve done or where you’ve been, God loves you just as you are and He wants to take you on a ride that you have never seen before, if only you will trust Him.  He wants to use you, just as you are, to do all that He ordained you to do before He placed you in your mother’s womb.  Shake off the rejections of man and embrace the love of God.  Let Him heal your hurts; change your ways and bless your soul.  Lean not to thine own understanding but in all thy ways, acknowledge Him and He shall direct thy path.  

Lord bless each and every person who reads this word.  Remind them of just how extraordinary they are and all the many extraordinary things You have created them to do.  Help them to seek Your face with their whole hearts.  Let them be reminded that You don’t make mistakes and You don’t make junk.  We thank you in advance for every great thing that You do and for every great thing that You have done.  Bless us to be more like You and less like us in Jesus Holy and Righteous Name I do humbly pray, Amen!
