Former Supreme Court Judge (India) expressed his opinion on contempt of court and free speech. Often my life deals with such cases, and I would borrow the arguments made by the honourable judge to my benefit.
The Judge, honourable Markanday Katju, whose first name resembles that of a Hindu sage, is also the chairman of the Press Council of India. He published his note in the issue of the Times of India (Kolkata Edition) dated July 28, 2014.
