a part of this Japanese myth is similar to Cain & Abel, isn’t they? The last post “the Ancient Sisters” has got a message from A Subba, my Indian friend,“These curses are very common in Hindu mythology.”

“The elder didn’t like the younger.” “The Sea-blessing(海幸=Umisachi) and Forest-blessing(山幸=Yamasachi).” “Yeah. I like the part where Forest-blessing went to the bottom of the sea to look for the brother’s fishhook.” “There was Princess Toyotama(豊玉=Toyotama) in the Dragon Palace. She later helped the Forest-blessing to be their father’s successor.” “All I love is the scenery. Colorful fish and swaying sea forest, bubbles, a castle, a princess, and a man. I thought he was just a hunter, not a prince.” Well, the brothers’ mother was Flower-blooming. Their father was from the sky, ordered by the son of goddess to rule the islands.” -Isolated Connected Kyushu Island, page 185- -a story form Kojiki=古事記, the oldest extant chronicle in Japan, dating from the early 8th century (711–712)- -Photo is an artwork of Aoki Shigeru on this myth, Ishibashi Museum Of Art 石橋美術館 Kurume, Kyushu- -A short movie of this myth by Miyazaki Prefecture in Kyushu- https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QGLCp1GSRZc http://www.amazon.com/Isolated-Connected-Kyushu-Island-influence-ebook/dp/B00TEU49LS/ref=sr_1_1?s=digital-text&ie=UTF8&qid=1424590488&sr=1-1&keywords=9781490863375
