Milly Flopper is a young detective working for a private firm called ASAP (Amalgamated Security and Policing), in the slum-ridden and decaying English city of Blackchapel. Milly is a hot-headed and sadistic psychopath, however this is countered somewhat by her more level-headed work partner, Stacey Hetheridge. 

Milly leads a secret life, fuelled by booze and drug abuse, as a serial killer. Milly's homicidal tendencies are somewhat genetic; both her father, and his father before him, were multiple murderers. Milly's mother, 'Lullaby Devlin', was also complicit in encouraging her daughter to kill. Milly has a passion for sweeties, suffers from a chronic hair-lice infestation, and owns a cat called 'Manson'. As with most residents in Blackchapel, she lives in a small and squalid bedsit.

Milly Flopper takes the lead role in 'Milly Flopper, Psycho Copper'. She will also be appearing in the forthcoming novel 'Murderers'. A sequel, 'Milly Flopper, Psycho Copper and the Second Coming' will be forthcoming in 2016. Her sociopathic parents appear in the novel 'Murderer'.
