Battle of Armageddon? Age old Battle of Armageddon
To use the Internet to witness the Gospel Truth.
Such it is with what well intended but misguided Christians see as the imminent Battle of Armageddon. This general region in northern *Israel (Palestine) has been the site of innumerable battles since the book of Judges, chapters 3-5, if the Gospel Truth be told.
Also when you add the total number of active duty and enlisted personnel in all the nations of the earth, and try to fit them into a city the size of mar megiddo kibbutz Israel Palestine, it gets pretty crowded and not possible to fight a war.
Mount Tabor..... the site of the first battle of Armageddon.
it's recorded in the book of the judges.

The real laugh is.....200 million soldiers gathering in a town of 900 persons to fight the last war, physiologically impossible. Try telling the average Christian that. And the NT was written in Coine a Greek. Thank you for the review. They are few and far between. LF
I get the laugh. I've always thought that the idea of Armageddon was merely a concept developed to try to describe what the last breath of humankind would be like. And they used the real battle because it probably provided an image that people could relate to because of recent experience at the time the Old Testament was written in Hebrew.
