Definition of terms
Discover in Greek is translated to perceive distinctly, discern clearly. It also implies to find out. You discover the treasure box and you uncover it to see the worth of the treasure, the value of the content, the picture - black or white, and the texture - soft or hard, before you think of recovering it
Uncover here connotes to remove the cover, pry into, to reveal the content, critically analyze the parts and pieces. Put your content under scrutiny, under the microscope, search light. Here you dissect the truth about your situations as it applies to you, to what God says about you and your situation. To cover up is the opposite. Are there cover ups about your life intentionally or mistakenly by your parents who may have wished well or the one who adopted you? Are there hidden truth, hidden covenants unknown to both parties? If need be then you need to find out. As long as you allow the sleeping dog to remain, the dog, the problem will still persist only to explode at maturity except there be divine intervention. God’s word, revelation, knowledge, perception, inner witness, vision reveals the truth whether bitter or sweet. A problem known is as half solved. Discover the truth.

Procrastination also is the apology of lazy people. Discover Jesus Christ because he is the Way, the TRUTH and the life. And you shall know the truth Jesus Christ and the truth shall make you free (John 8:32) and free indeed and free forever. Knowing here implies not just head knowledge but a union, a relationship between the person knowing and the object or person known.
Discovery involves finding out the truth, the principles. Uncovering involves analysis and spiritual examinations. Recovery involves actions, enforcements and knowledge applications.
Discovery Option Exemplified (Exodus 3): Moses and the experience of the burning bush. He discovered the great sight, the burning bush that did not consume the bush. This raised his curiosity so he decided to uncover the truth. The truth was and is the presence of God. The angel spoke out of the fire. God got Moses attention and he was able to get the message. Sometimes out of lack of attention or ignorance or lack of understanding of Gods ways we miss out on what God has to say to us Moses took a second step to find out more or uncover the truth about this great discovery. He never avoided it or ran away. “God has something to say - listen, listen, God has something to say.” You remember this song. The truth was, “remove your shoes for where you are is a holy ground” - the very sacred presence of God. In Exodus 3:4 when God saw that Moses was ready to see, God spoke. What if Moses had walked away after the discovery? Remember that all these happened in the course of Moses doing his job - rearing the cattle - in the service. In every problem remember these three therapeutic words - Discover, uncover and recover all
God found Moses in active service. May God find us on our duty post. If and when you discover what God want you to do and where he wants you to be, uncover what he wants you to know so that you can recover. Our relationship with God is a two way communication even in prayers. Pray and then listen, wait for a reply and then for more instructions. We need all the instructions we require so we can succeed in this wicked and confusing world. All our heroes of faith always inquired of the Lord.
