When the society’s functioning of diversity fails, there awaits a rigid application of dogmatic principles against discrimination. However, diversity is just a function that follows the form of fairness, or unity, which is the ultimate concern of humanity. Diversity concerns are somewhat morally relevant but they are non-essential human states in which making choices is not always the matter of ethics. Managing diversity does not always presuppose management’s moral conscience as the primary concern. Moral imperative in decision-making is a dependent variable to the moral relevancy of the very case (subject-mater or context) in concern. The following plans would help management and working class alike distinguish which case is in concern when applying one’s ethics as the society’s norm.
