 Ripped from the headlies, "Deadline for Murder" tells the story of John Kendrick, a prominent Beverly Hills attorney who is discovered shot to death, gangland-style inside his Cadillac sedan. LAPD's Homicide Detective Joe Kellermann, is assigned to investigate the case.  Initially suspected as a Mob hit, the detective soon finds himself immersed in a web of suspects including Kendrick's wife, his law partner, a felon accused of rape and a rogue cop.  The case covers lust, jealouy, greed, infidelity and lies, just to name a few,  It brings home the fact that we never really quite know everything about the people around us...
