By today's movie standards, that leap, while dangerous, did not seem to be too much. I assume that the guy on the receiving end was also a stuntman. Falling back on a hard surface can crack one's skull wide open! I never found of those swordfights, or for that matter, karate fights, being a wrestler in high school and college, as realistic or even entertaining… Usually hoping that they would get over quickly when they were so often drawn out for dramatic effect.

I had to take it back down from full screen because it became so pixelated on this 24 inch monitor.
