Nurses and DOCTORS ARE BADLT NEEDED. There must be an underlying reason for their dismissal. Mandates are mandates, BUT what about Constitutional Rights?

I agree with you on this totally. I'm not a person who cannot be reasoned with. My opinion is that the nurses and the doctors SHOULD BE VACCINATED because they are the caregivers of the patients and they go around everyday from patient to patient. It puts themselves and others at risk. That is why they are ranked as the "Essential Workers" and they are at high risk.

My opinion is that we are accepting many migrants now into Canada, and some of them have great skills and knowledge. I'm not convinced that the hospital cannot find replacements for these nurses and doctors. I heard the same hospital had closed 70 beds! Why??? If the COVID stats are climbing, then why let so many nurses and doctors go without replacing them? Why close off 70 hospital beds???

Simply because those who refused to be vaccinated don't seem to realize that while they may have mild cases, their profession enables them to spread the highly contagious disease to many others, simply because their profession brings them in touch with many others. It is this infecting of others, and not the "freedom of choice," that is the issue here.

Getting a vaccination is a small sacrifice to help others. Not getting a vaccination is a selfish act of defiance that does nothing to help others who may be in danger from becoming infected.
