Pulp Fiction changed my life. Seeing it, I realized that it would be just as unique as a novel because of the unusual plot structure, with the plants and payoffs being mostly verbal instead of action.

So, I turned my two movie scripts, that deals fell through on, into novels, and then audiobooks performed by my favorite movie stars. Working with 19 of those stars was a dream I never thought possible.

Your taste runs the gamut. You touched on many of my favorites. But I didn't see The French Connection, Top Gun, or Midway of that time that were favorites of mine. I often find that some of the foreign, or little-known movies where the best. Like the dystopian Glenn and Randa and others now forgotten until prompted by memory. Some of your favorites are not mine.

I would venture to say that all of your audiobooks are great. And those great actors that you're able to hire make those books and their stories come alive like some cartoon movies do with great voices behind them. But it took great screenwriting to pull it off even with those actors involved. And that was you.

Forbidden Power may be your best movie, but I really liked The Mexican Swimmer and hope that you'll be able to make a movie of that without getting swept under the rug of conservative censorship. Your best story yet.
