What is the line of reference to define equality?
Everything has to be equal in all directions to establish a state of equillibrium. Without equality there shall be no equillibrium. The paradox is that equality is politically missing from all systems inside which we are operating today and yet we enjoy a certain degree of equllibrium in State operations or economic realities of our time. The truth is that equality is faked in its human construction and that is why the world is stuck in a wrong economic equllibrium when viewed globally.
By the way, what is equality? Is it technical, political, religious or just a human invention to compare two things? What is equality?
Let us take the political side of Equality:
Equality seems to be the most abused word in the language of politics as it is often taken out of context. Equality is often used for separaing people on color, clan or ethnic basis which is contrary to what equality stands for. equality is to unite under a pillar of justice, not to divide on the basis of political interest. White, for example, is a color, not a number. So is black or balckness.
You can't quantify color to determine who is equal to who. Color signifies similarity not equality. You cannot say people of the this color or that color are not equal to people with this or that color. Color cannot be a baseline for equality. That narrative has to be changed. Some political parties cannot define equality unless they divide people into segments based on the color of their skin.
This color-based equality changes the entire system of governance and State. The whites are put on top to govern and the State shall thus be a State of segregation and discrimination. It affects the rights of the citizen as some are considered superior to others, getting more opportunities than others just because of their so called "superior color". This wrong narrative also defines Righs of the citizen in a paradigm of inequality by totally removing the word "Rights" from the political lexicon and replaces it with "Previleges".
A person who gets access to resources more than the other by virtue of his or her color has more previleges than the person whose success is limited by his or her color. But the authorities do not call it previleges. They call it Rights under which all are equal since the discrimination is institutionalized in a very undetectable way. This is why the far right parties are pushing democracy to the margins of destruction and non-existence.
In Africa it is tribe, clan and ethnicity that many nations are driven to chaos and despair. Ethnicity is identification not a line of reference to define equality. Politicized ethnicity only lead to tumbling justice, poverty, war and migration and Revolutions much as color-based politics lead to backwardness, poverty enclaves, drug addition and bad State performance.
