Hello Everyone,
I know I say it a lot, but I honestly don't plan to write blogs this frequently.
If you haven't already rolled your eyes, you just might at what I say next.
I've had this piece written for a little while. I just didn't know how I wanted to put it out there. Lately, though, I've decided that, until I get more noticed and start to see a tangible income, my new stories are going to be free to read.
Yes, another new story, and, no, it's not E.F.W.A.V.E. This story is titled, Starbrood, and is a scifi space adventure set in a meta-star system. It has three super-massive suns being orbited by eleven normal-sized solar systems; ten of which are inhabited by the mythical creatures we all know and love, but with some differences.

That first part just so happened to be my 100th piece of content published on Medium. I say, 'content', because some of them are just chapters of memes.
Here on Author's Den, I'm over 1,000 bio views now. I promised before that I would change my picture, but for some reason it won't. I've tried four times, twice after removing the first image. I sent an email for help, but I'm still waiting for a response.
It's possible that you can see it and I can't, but it's the one at the top I tried to upload.
In guinea pig news, we discovered that Princess Ladybug is not pregnant as she just finished going into heat. That is a big relief.
Now, for the more morbid news. We discovered that my wife's mother's purse came up missing after she died. She had had her debit card on her, wrapped up in receipts and inside of a ziploc bag. My wife then remembered that she had asked if her purse got left in our car on that night that my wife had planned to take her to the ER.
We plan to tell the police about this.
On a lighter note, the church that had once helped her get into a place that she would later abandon, has agreed to pay for her cremation, which is about $789, and I'm sure that that doesn't include the price of a receptacle.
My wife's sister is coming to visit, but, to avoid Rob, we're thinking of putting together an online memorial.
Last on the itinerary, I am planning to finish up the prologue for book two of the Xyphus Saga while I have some down time.

I’ve been meaning to read your story Starbrood, but I can’t seem to find my energy or my time anywhere :) Eventually I will find them and then I’ll come back to read.

The bio photo does change the minute you've changed it. You looked at it and it didn't change for you because you were looking at the photo in your cache. To delete all cache images you can go to your "settings" to delete them. Go to the three dots at the upper right corner, click on those dots and a menu will drop down. Click on setting to go to Private and security, or maybe something else, I can't remember now. Set your computer or laptop to "Never Remember History", and every time before you log out, or any time you wish to delete your browsing history just go there to delete data and browsing history. After that, you will be able to see your uploaded new bio photo.
I hope this helps. Personally, I had set my laptop to "Never Remember History" for I do my banking on my laptop. Once I've finished with the banking or even had a login and then logout of my bank, I would close out that tab immediately just so no one can get to see it. Then I would manually go to my settings to delete all my data and browsing history just to be on the safe side.
