A tribute to all Nurses but most especially to my three, Darlene,Melanie and Terry Have just returned from ten days back east-first, home to the Vermont farm where i was raised to spread my father's ashes.... As you may or may not have noticed I have been away for the last little while. I went with two of my brothers and two of my sisters on a 2000 km road ... Our grandson Joshua was born April 8, 1998. He lived most of his short life with us. He died on May 25,2000. Each year we remember his birthday. I tr... Another year has gone by and Fred turns 70 years old. He is gone for his motorcycle ride. He still feels as though he's in his 30 s, he is very healt... Tomorrow will be our twentieth anniversary and this is just a few thoghts I had today while thinking about it... When little girls grow up to get married, have children, go to work etc they become adults but to Daddys they will always be...Daddy's Princess. Happy... On November 28th, 1971, my only biological daughter, Sherry Elizabeth Turner, was born in Xenia, Ohio weighing 9 pounds, 11 ounces. This is dedicated... The greatest generation.
My father in law, Ted Clemens served on the Navy''s Most Famous aircraft carrier Enterprise, the Big “E,” during World War I... My precious Mama died at only 39 years old. She was hit by a hit run driver as she crossed the road. Today is her Birthday. Mama..this is for you..... Happy Birthday dear Cuz, (gotcha) hope you have a great one...you deserve it.

I, at first, had this on the same page as MERRY CHRISTMAS 2008, and have now given it it's very own space. I lost my Mama when she was only 39 in a hit run accident many years ago. There's not a day I don't think of her and miss her. Mama, this is for you.... This prose was written for my Mother in 1994. I was going through a divorce and didn''t have the money to buy her a gift. I hope you enjoy it!! My beloved brother Gary was murdered in 1990. We as a family went through extreme pain and anguish. This is one way I can release that pain. This man was my rock and I loved him with all my heart. He was all that a Father should be. I miss you Dad. Its nice to have family I guess,
