It's amazing what one can hear if one is truly quiet.
After the day''s done, I shall prepare for an evening spent gazing at the stars & into his eyes... Words do not begin to describe the love I feel for my wife yet I cannot help but try. The one who is there and always has been. A day we had on the beach & in the ocean...
The ocean was warm and the air cool, but oh what a great day we had... "If you feel it is hopeless let it go / But if we do not try we will not know"
Love knows no boundaries or borders, it lives and grows in the heart... I wrote this for my daughter who is in a relationship with a trucker. My heart was full of thistles,
My mind was sacred dew,
I stymied and pranced about,
Yet you fought your way through.
To the keep you carried me,
High... By the time old man Winter arrived...Our Love was as deep as the snow...Wrapped in old quilts... I fell in Love with you...over and over... I love singing and playing guitar around a bonfire but it does have a tendency to make the heartache at times with sadness that is hard to define... Every time I Look into my husbands eyes I see unconditional love. I see the love he has held for me for the past fifty years. Third Place
