I like writing these type poems because I don't think I ever faced how I really felt when I first started trying to write verse. This the complete poem. Part was posted earlier and all parts are used in my novel in progress FALON RISING. Writing verse will attract all type eyes, even paranoid eyes. No, it''s not an ODE,
Nor even a SONNET,
So, if''n you don'' like IT,
Go Crap in your EASTER BONNET!

In the company that I work for the founder wrote one book which is still selling very well. He died before he could write another. Anyway his son who ... Word will always be the champ, the poet might take a close second stamp... It isn't strange, that attitudes change. Sometimes mine goes up and down, especially when my face starts to frown. Facing up poetically can be hard, b... Some things will gobble us up if we aren''t careful, even verse, it can be a curse. Like me or not, like I stated before I like to express, and at the moment this is the way I feel, so screw your dam appeal. Oh, by the way I'm not goi... Went back a little with this one. But the pressure, finally turned into a pleasure. For sure, poetry helped me mature.I like writing these, it kind of... Some lady reviewer asked how she should feel, hope you or anyone else gets your answer after reading this. Some people I like, some poets I like, some writers I like. Lifes a love hate affair, just to clear the air...... Many of us compete, others are just glad to have a seat. My seat basically serves my boredom, gives me something more positive to do. Can't succeed worrying about failure and letting fear stop. |
