I am 37 years old and based in London. I have been writing since childhood but the first 'adult' novel I read was 'Lace' by Shirley Conran. I was blown away by this bitchy tale and decided it was the sort of thing I wanted to write when I grew up. When I saw the mini series 'Return to Eden' in 1986 my best friend and I decided we were going to write our own version of the series. After a couple of weeks my friend had produced a paragraph, I had written a 250 page novel! It's been full steam ahead since then and as time has gone on I've become more and more committed to writing thumping good reads that people can get into on the train or the beach or wherever and lose themselves in the plot. I love authors like Louise Bagshawe, Jackie Collins and Olvia Goldsmith and wanted to emulate them. When I discovered the wonderful world of self publishing, I decided to go for it and started off with Summerset - a novel I'd written in 1995. Since early 2008 I have published three novels; Summerset, Mad About the Boy and Two Become One. All three novels have had fantastic reviews and have sold quite well. I'm currently working on the final draughts of Winner Takes It All, the sequel to Summerset and next year will see the release of The True Tale of Jezebel Cole and The Pioneers.
