I've been writing for as long as I can remember. In elementary school I wrote plays every summer and produced with with neighborhood friends for our parents and other children. My high school english teacher recognized my writing ability and encouraged it. As a young married woman, I wrote short stories for my husband and other family and friends. My interest right now is the history of the town where I live. I am doing research and expect to write a book about that and another about my family history.
