Michael "Dr. Woody" Woodward, PhD is a CEC certified professional coach trained in the field of organizational psychology. Dr. Woody focuses on executive development and career coaching. Dr. Woody is author of the recently published book The You Plan (TheYouPlan.com) a book dedicated to helping those who have lost their jobs get back on their feet and re-engage in the new economy. He also recently appeared as a guest expert on the Bravo Network show: Tabatha’s Salon Takeover      Prior to founding his consulting firm HCI, Dr. Woody served as a management and HR consultant for PricewaterhouseCoopers Consulting (PwC) and as a project manager for IBM Business Consulting Services in Washington DC.   Dr. Woody received a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Miami, a master’s degree in industrial and organizational psychology from Springfield College, and a PhD in industrial and organizational psychology from Florida International University.
