Information
I trained in computer programming & software development 10 years ago when Cobol was still popular, and the Internet was in its infancy. I quickly realized that software coding wasn't for me, and branched into website creation. After a 2 1/2 year contract working as a technical writer at the University of Toronto, I started my own online marketing business, creating websites for small business owners. Most of my marketing was by word-of-mouth. Between 2003 and 2007, the business grew steadily; the economy was good and people were comfortable with our service levels. Between 2007 and 2009 I took a sebatical from the business to have a family.
In the second quarter of 2010, I restarted the business, reaching out to entrepreneurs, old friends and colleagues for the purposes of reconnecting & rebuilding the business. We have grown quickly & are currently expanding and hiring staff for business expansion.
