I see my greatest achievement as overcoming cancer considering the odds of survival were very much against me. Although I struggled, I completed a Carpentry trade course, have worked as a bar tender but now a teachers aide. It is hard to describe the feeling of seeing a student shine when I have been of assistance.Honoured to carry the Olympic Torch in the lead up to the 2000 Sydney Olympics, all I can ask of myself these days is to (Quoting Alana Arnot) Be the best I can be.
