Helen Bradley Hall was on her death bed back in 1994. She suffered from a bowel obstruction, that nearly took her away before we had an opportunity to read her books. Helen was diagnosed with Crohn's disease back in 1997, three years after her near death experience. Helen was released from the hospital and at that time she began to write.   Back in 2003, Helen founded Bradley's Publishing Company thinking she didn't have a lot of time left on this earth. Well, Helen is still with us til this day and she is still writing and publishing her books.    In 2003, Helen published her first book titled, 'The World of Poetry for every Parent's Bedroom.'  Helen received an Editor's Choice award for her poem titled, 'Remember When,' in 2006. Helen's name is also on the Wall of Tolerance in Washington D.C.    In 2007, Helen published her second book titled, 'The Battle Within,' and in 2011 she recently published her new book titled, Chocolate Mama.'    Helen has an associates degree in Criminal Justice, and she is currently working on a bachelors degree in Forensic Science, while running her publishing company and writing books.
