I've been writing songs since the age of 10, & writing book stories since 20. I feel that I should get the news out & abroad without hesitation, feeling the need to express the heart felt issues of the young & old alike. In my books THE GREEN OAK BOYS, the teaching of LIVING LIFE TO ITS FULLNESS is what I feel is missing in the lives of people today. Looking back on authors such as Mark Twain, and the simplicity of life which he wrote about, is exactly what is missing in the lives of the old & young alike. I myself was brought up in a life of sometimes unimaginable experiences, at least that's the way I saw it as growing up. The days & lives of our grandparents were more simplified, happy, & adventurous, compared to the lives of many today. There spirits were high & lifted up, not indulging in the workings of HIGH TECH machinery & fast living. Saying this, I'm now looking forward to expanding the horizon of self motivation, bringing people to the place of self worth, & a happier life style.
