We all know how to plan our actions, but we aren't always able to carry them out as we had planned. That's because things happen that we don't plan, and those things cause us to react. How do you control your reactions? God has all the answers in His
Psychologist/author whose passion is teaching all the practical life skills we should have learned by high school.

My philosophy: Human life is tough sometimes, and the way we turn out is often due to the luck of the draw. We have to play whatever cards we’re dealt, no matter how difficult. There are always new ways we can cope better with our struggles, and the younger we learn some of those lessons, the better.
I am a clinical psychologist, was Professor of Psychology at St. Louis Community College for many years, where I taught Child Development, Human Sexuality, and the Psychology of Coping Strategies--a course I designed. I also founded their AIDS Task Force. My background includes internships in clinical psychology and family systems therapy.
After teaching and conducting a small private practice, I now prefer writing full time. I love to write for children, where I sneak in some coping skills sometimes. I am a member of the Society of Children’s Book Writers and Illustrators.
