Information
Allen was born in Midland, Texas and graduated from Midland High School in 1971.
He served in the United States Army for four years with the Signal Corps stationed in Heidelberg, Germany.
After service to his country he worked in the oil industry in West Texas before a career in the electric power construction industry.
He has lived in Venezuela, The People's Republic of China, Mexico, South Korea and Germany.
Allen has two daughters and two grandsons.
He currently lives in Southeast Oklahoma where he writes, restores old cars and works in his garden ( nothing like fresh veggies ).
