Lori Hynson, "From Stressed to Blessed" is a first-time author, blogger and inspirational speaker.  She was awarded the 2014 “Book of the Year/Biography” by the Christian Small Publishers’ Association. Through her own profound experience as a Recovering SuperGalaholic, Hynson is an expert in recognizing how futile it all is. She speaks into the heart of the woman who knows she can do anything, but feels the pressure to do everything! A former marketing executive, she knows the ropes to help women climb out of the chasm of control and self-reliance, and to learn to trust God instead. Fueled by her passion to inspire women who struggle to do too much, Hynson shares her SuperGal Recovery secrets.
