Gregory James is the pseudonym used by Gregory James Bousquet, the author of "James and Lee: The Great Scare, An American Satire, Based on Soon-to-Be Actual Events*." Gregory was born in July, in the great state of Vermont, to the loving parents, Joseph and Deborah Bousquet. All in all, he had an amazing childhood, just slightly hindered by being diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia at the age of seven. Not willing to let cancer ruin his boyhood, Gregory looked to God and books for solace. While God gave him the strength needed to face his treatments, books provided him with a means of escape. With a simple turn of a page, he could be transported from the anguish of a hospital bed to the excitement of a magical faraway land. When books were not enough, Gregory, with the help of his two brothers, started creating their own imaginary stories and heroic adventures. These adventures became his childhood. By age twelve Gregory had once and for all defeated leukemia, but his love for stories did not change. After graduating high school, Gregory joined the U.S. Army and served six years before attending Pensacola Christian College to earn his BA in History and MA in Biblical Exposition. In 2011, he became the principal of a private school in the suburbs of Northeast Philadelphia. In the classroom, Gregory taught the truth about the Founding Fathers and the Judeo-Christian values that made America the greatest nation in the history of mankind. With his skill as a storyteller, Gregory James has taken his lessons out of the classroom and embodied them in tales of fiction for the everyday American.
