Chinenye Humphrey is an active believer in Jesus Christ, a Bible student, a teacher of the Word, a writer, and the founder/co-convener of Open Bible. Open Bible is a non-profit pro-Christian-education playscheme that brings basic-school-age children everywhere together in stagefuls for Bible recitation competitions, and which therefore aspires towards raising next-generation men and women who thrive on the fear of God and knowledge of His Word the Christ. Mr. Humphrey hails from Irefi, Oraifite, in Anambra, Nigeria; the last child/third son of Felix and Mercy Ndukwe, both of blessed memory. He cut his teeth on professional writing with two novels previously published under the name of Humphrey C. Ndukwe, Small But Mighty (2008) Tomorrow (2011). The Vision is his third novel—his most ambitious so far.
