I live in Wisconsin but have traveled the world, living in Japan for three years when I was a child. I draw from a lifetime of experience with diverse cultures and regions when writing my novels. For two decades, I worked in the high-tech industry as an award-winning technical writer. I was the Program Manager for the Wisconsin chapter of the Society for Technical Communications before I switched to writing fiction. I am a co-founder of the Waunakee Writers Group and regularly speak to groups and travel.
