Warren William Luce is a retired Air Force colonel who has served his country during three wars starting with WWIII. Having experienced and witnessed the hell of war, he is now an activist seeking a better and peaceful world. He’s confident world peace can be achieved, believing God who says, “nation will not lift up sword against nation; neither will they learn war anymore.” He intends to convince the world that is so.
