I am a singled, disabled Mother to a wonderful teenaged daughter. I was in a bad car accident back in June of 1995, and had thought my world came to an end. With damage done to the frontinal lobe as well as suffering from chronic pain, I had no idea where I would go and or what I would do. My Mother had come to my aide and helps me with my memory and my strength. My disabled brother (he has been since birth) well we work on our war of the wits. Unfortunately he thinks he is more funnier than I. I beg to differ. It was my daughter who told me I use to make up some of the greatest stories, and that I should write them down and get them published. So diving in with both feet cold, I submitted my work to a dozen or more Publishers. It was always the same story, "We loved your workBUT it's not what we are looking for at this time", (I know that line so well). Then I came across PublishAmerica.com and my dreams of becoming an Author has finally come true.

I have been inducted into the National Poets Society 3 seperate times. Twice for International Poets Society and have won several Editor's Achievement Awards for my poetry.I have also been nominated for Ambassador of Poetry in 2006.
